CHAR - published article

CHAR manager and owner Chad Huddleston was recently in the magazine, My Foodservice News. Written by Huddleston himself, it is appropriately titled "Why I Work 90+ Hours a Week" and talks about the skepticism he first received when he decided to open the restaurant and also describes the resources he used to make CHAR the climbing success that it is today.
